JERK SEASONING RECIPES

AUTHENTIC JERK CHICKEN

Made with Ms C’s Authentic Jamaican Jerk

Serves: 4–6

Prep: 15 min (+ marinating time)

Cook: 45–60 min

Ingredients

4 lbs chicken (wings, thighs, drumsticks, or breast)

8 Tbsp Ms C’s Authentic Jamaican Jerk

1 medium onion, sliced (optional)

2 scallions, chopped

2 sprigs fresh thyme

1 Scotch bonnet pepper, sliced (optional)

If using dry jerk seasoning, also add:

2–4 Tbsp oil

2 Tbsp soy sauce

¼ cup orange juice

Directions

1. Clean and trim chicken. Lightly score to help seasoning penetrate.

2. Season chicken with jerk (about 2 Tbsp per lb).

If using dry jerk, mix seasoning with oil, soy sauce, and orange juice to form a paste first.

3. Add onion, scallion, thyme, and Scotch bonnet.

4. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

5. Preheat grill to medium heat.

6. Grill chicken, turning occasionally, until cooked through and lightly charred

(about 45–60 minutes depending on size).

Get Ms C’s Authentic Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

AUTHENTIC JAMAICAN JERK PORK

Ingredients

• 3–4 lbs pork shoulder, country-style ribs, or other thick bone-in pork cuts

• 6–8 tbsp Ms C’s Authentic Jamaican Jerk Rub (2 tbsp per lb of meat)

• 4–6 tbsp Ms C’s Dry Jerk Spice Blend

• 2–3 tbsp cooking oil

• ¼ cup water or stock (for steaming)

• (Optional if using only Dry Blend): 2 tbsp soy sauce + 2 tbsp orange juice to form paste

• Salt to taste (optional — blends are low sodium)

Instructions

1. Clean & ScoreWash pork with lime or vinegar water, pat dry, and score the meat so seasoning penetrates deeply.

2. Season & MarinateRub with Ms C’s Jerk Rub and/or Dry Jerk Spice Blend (2 tbsp per lb). If using only Dry Blend, mix with soy sauce, orange juice, and oil to form a paste. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

3. Steam to Infuse FlavorPlace pork in a Dutch oven with ¼ cup water or stock. Cover and steam until halfway done.⏱ Adjust cooking time depending on cut/thickness:- Country ribs: 30–40 mins- Shoulder or thicker cuts: 45–60+ mins

4. Finish Cooking- Grill: Place on hot grill, baste with pan juices, cook until done.- Oven: Roast at 375°F until done, then broil for the last 10 minutes for a charred finish.

5. ServeSlice and serve with Jamaican Festival and a side salad, or pair with Rice & Peas and Steamed Cabbage.


EVERYTHING SEASONING RECIPES

EVERYTHING SEASONED OVEN CHICKEN (Perfect Every Time)

Serves: 3–4

Prep: 10 minutes

Cook: 40–45 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken pieces

1–2 Tbsp Everything Seasoning

1 Tbsp olive or avocado oil

Fresh lemon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Pat chicken dry, drizzle with oil.

3. Season generously with 1–2 Tbsp Everything, coating all sides.

4. Place on a lined baking sheet.

5. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden.

6. Squeeze lemon over the hot chicken before serving.

Place a few onion slices under the chicken — they caramelize in the drippings and taste amazing.

EVERYTHING BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE (Simple & Perfect)

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1–2 tsp Everything Seasoning

1 tsp olive or avocado oil

1 Tbsp milk or cream (optional)

Green onions

Directions:

1. Whisk eggs with milk and ½ tsp Everything.

2. Heat oil in a skillet on medium.

3. Pour in eggs and scramble gently.

4. When nearly set, sprinkle another ½–1 tsp Everything.

5. Fold and finish cooking.

Add a spoon of cream cheese right at the end for soft, velvety eggs.

EVERYTHING SEASONED ROASTED POTATOES

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 lb diced potatoes

1–2 Tbsp olive or avocado oil

1–2 Tbsp Everything Seasoning

Directions:

1. Toss potatoes with oil.

2. Add 1–2 Tbsp Everything and coat well.

3. Roast at 425°F for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway.

⭐ Make It Betta Tip:

After roasting, add 1 tsp butter to the pan and shake — it melts and carries the seasoning perfectly.

EVERYTHING SALMON (Air Fryer or Oven)

Serves: 2–3

Ingredients:

1 lb salmon

1–2 tsp olive or avocado oil

1–2 Tbsp Everything Seasoning

Lemon

Directions:

1. Pat salmon dry, coat with oil.

2. Season with Everything.

3. Air fry 400°F for 8–10 min or bake 400°F for 12–15 min.

4. Squeeze lemon before serving

Brush salmon lightly with honey in the last 2 minutes — the sweet + savory combination is incredible.

EVERYTHING BUTTER DRIZZLE (Use on Veggies, Fish, Pasta)

Makes: ~½ cup

Ingredients:

¼ cup melted butter

1–2 tsp olive or avocado oil

1–2 tsp Everything Seasoning

1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

1. Combine melted butter, oil, and Everything.

2. Add lemon juice.

3. Drizzle over roasted veggies, seafood, burgers, pasta, or rice.

Add a pinch of dried parsley for color and freshness.

EVERYTHING SEASONED RICE (A Quick Upgrade)

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked rice

1 Tbsp butter or olive oil

1–2 Tbsp Everything Seasoning

Directions:

1. Add rice to a skillet with butter/oil.

2. Sprinkle Everything and mix well over medium-low heat.

3. Cook 3–4 minutes until warm and fully seasoned.

Add a splash of lime if serving with seafood.

EVERYTHING PAN-ROASTED VEGGIES

Serves: 3–4

Ingredients:

1 lb mixed vegetables

1–2 Tbsp olive/avocado oil

1–2 Tbsp Everything Seasoning

Directions:

1. Heat oil in a skillet.

2. Add vegetables and cook 5 minutes.

3. Season with Everything.

4. Continue cooking until tender, 7–10 minutes total.

KAKA FAAWT CHICKEN SEASONING – RECIPE SET (Ms C’s Style)

Kaka Faawt Oven-Baked Chicken

Serves: 3–4

Ingredients

1 lb chicken (thighs, legs, wings, or breast)

1–2 Tbsp Kaka Faawt Chicken Seasoning

1 Tbsp olive or avocado oil

Optional: fresh lemon or lime

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Pat chicken dry. Drizzle with oil.

3. Season generously with 1–2 Tbsp Kaka Faawt per pound.

4. Massage seasoning into all sides of the chicken.

5. Place on a lined baking sheet.

6. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and juices run clear.

7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Squeeze fresh lemon or lime over the hot chicken — it lifts the seasoning and brightens the flavor.

Kaka Faawt Air Fryer Chicken (Quick Favorite)

Serves: 2–3

Ingredients

1 lb chicken pieces

1–2 Tbsp Kaka Faawt

1 Tbsp olive or avocado oil

Directions

1. Toss chicken with oil and Kaka Faawt until evenly coated.

2. Air fry at 400°F for 18–22 minutes, turning halfway.

3. Cook until crisp outside and juicy inside.

For extra crisp skin, lightly spray with oil again during the last 3 minutes.

Kaka Faawt Chicken Tenders (Family-Friendly)

Serves: 3

Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

1–2 Tbsp Kaka Faawt

1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

1. Season tenders with oil and Kaka Faawt.

2. Pan-sear or air fry until cooked through (about 10–12 minutes total).

Kaka Faawt Chicken & Rice

Serves: 4

Ingredients

Chicken Layer:

1 lb chicken, diced

1–2 Tbsp Kaka Faawt

1 Tbsp olive oil

Rice Layer:

3 cups cooked rice

1 tsp Kaka Faawt

Directions

1. Season chicken with Kaka Faawt and sauté in oil until cooked.

2. Add rice and sprinkle with 1 tsp seasoning.

3. Toss until everything is hot and well combined.

Add a spoon of butter at the end to carry the seasoning through the rice.

JEEZAM PEEZ SEAFOOD SEASONING – RECIPE SET (Ms C’s Style)

Jeezam Peez Pan-Seared Fish

Serves: 2–3

Ingredients

1 lb fish fillets (salmon, tilapia, snapper, cod)

1–2 Tbsp Jeezam Peez Seafood Seasoning

1–2 tsp olive or avocado oil

Fresh lemon

Directions

1. Pat fish dry and lightly coat with oil.

2. Season both sides with Jeezam Peez.

3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Sear fish 3–4 minutes per side until flaky.

5. Finish with lemon.

Add a pat of butter to the pan right before serving for a glossy finish.

Jeezam Peez Garlic Butter Shrimp

Serves: 3–4

Ingredients

Shrimp Layer:

1 lb shrimp, peeled

1–2 Tbsp Jeezam Peez

1 tsp olive or avocado oil

Butter Layer:

2 Tbsp butter

1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Season shrimp with Jeezam Peez.

2. Melt butter in skillet with oil.

3. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side.

4. Add lemon juice and toss briefly.

Jeezam Peez Baked Seafood Foil Pack

Serves: 2

Ingredients

1 lb mixed seafood or fish

1–2 Tbsp Jeezam Peez

1 Tbsp olive oil

Onion slices, bell pepper (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place seafood on foil, drizzle with oil, season with Jeezam Peez.

3. Add veggies if using.

4. Seal foil and bake 20–25 minutes.

Open the foil at the end and broil 2–3 minutes for extra flavor.

Jeezam Peez Seafood Rice

Serves: 4

Ingredients

Seafood Layer:

1 lb shrimp or fish

1–2 Tbsp Jeezam Peez

1 tsp olive oil

Rice Layer:

3 cups cooked rice

1 tsp Jeezam Peez

Directions

1. Season seafood with Jeezam Peez and cook in oil.

2. Add rice and sprinkle with 1 tsp seasoning.

3. Toss until hot and well combined.

Add a splash of coconut milk for richness.

CUYAH CAJUN RECIPES

CAJUN CREAMY SHRIMP PASTA (Restaurant-Level Flavor)

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Shrimp Layer:

1 lb shrimp

1–2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning

1 tsp olive/avocado oil

Sauce Layer:

1 cup cream or half-and-half

½ cup pasta water

1–2 tsp Cajun

1 Tbsp butter

Pasta Layer:

8 oz pasta of choice

Directions:

1. Season shrimp with Cajun.

2. Cook shrimp in oil, 2–3 minutes per side; remove.

3. In same pan, add cream + butter.

4. Season sauce with 1–2 tsp Cajun.

5. Add pasta + pasta water and toss 2–3 minutes.

6. Add shrimp back in.

Cajun Roasted Potatoes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 lb potatoes

1–2 Tbsp oil

1–2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning

Directions:

1. Toss potatoes with oil + Cajun.

2. Roast 425°F for 20–25 minutes.

3. Add a finishing sprinkle of Cajun.

Mix equal parts Cajun + Everything for the finishing sprinkle — unbeatable.

CAJUN CHICKEN WINGS

Serves: 3–4

Ingredients:

1 lb wings

1–2 Tbsp oil

1–2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning

½ tsp Cajun for finishing

Directions:

1. Coat wings in oil.

2. Season with 1–2 Tbsp Cajun.

3. Bake 400°F for 40–45 min.

4. Toss with finishing Cajun.

CAJUN VEGETABLE MEDLEY

Serves: 4

TASTY TURKEY RECIPES

TASTY TURKEY WINGS

Serves 3–4 | Prep 15 min | Cook 1½–2 hrs

Ingredients

3–4 turkey wings

2 Tbsp Ms C’s Tasty Turkey Blend

1 Tbsp oil

½ cup broth or water

Onion slices (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Season wings with oil and seasoning.

3. Place in baking dish; add broth.

4. Cover tightly and bake 1½ hours.

5. Uncover and bake 20–30 minutes to brown.

TURKEY MARINADE (OVEN OR GRILL)

Serves 4–6 | Prep 10 min (+ marinating)

Ingredients

4–6 lbs turkey pieces

½ cup Ms C’s Turkey Marinade

Onion slices (optional)

1. Coat turkey evenly with marinade.

2. Cover and marinate 2 hours or overnight.

3. Cook in oven at 350°F or grill over medium heat until done.

ZESTFUL NOTES

Yellow Rice with Zestful Notes

Serves: 4–6Prep Time: 10 minutesCook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

• 2 cups rice (basmati, long-grain, or parboiled)

• 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil

• 1 small onion, finely diced

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 2 tbsp Ms C’s Zestful Notes Seasoning

• 4 cups water or chicken broth

• Salt to taste (optional, blends are low sodium)

• Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

• Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1. Rinse the rice in cool water until it runs clear, then drain.

2. Sauté (Optional): In a saucepan, heat butter or oil. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

3. Toast the Zest: Stir in Ms C’s Zestful Notes Seasoning for 30 seconds to release color and aroma.

4. Cook the Rice: Add rice, stir for 2–3 minutes until lightly toasted and golden, then pour in water or broth. Bring to a boil.

5. Simmer: Lower heat to low, cover, and cook for 18–20 minutes until rice is fluffy and liquid absorbed.

6. Finish: Fluff with a fork. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges before serving.

SEASON UP YUH ROAST BEEF

Serves: 4–6

3–4 lb beef roast

3–6 Tbsp Ms C’s Season Up Yuh Meat Seasoning (1–2 Tbsp per lb)

1–2 Tbsp healthy oil (olive or avocado)

1½ cups beef broth or water

Onion slices (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Rub beef lightly with oil, then season evenly with Season Up Yuh Meat Seasoning.

3. Place in roasting pan; add broth and onion if using.

4. Cover tightly and roast 2–3 hours until fork-tender.

5. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Make It Betta:

Spoon pan juices over the sliced beef before serving.

SEASON UP YUH BAKED PORK ROAST

Serves: 4–6

3. Place in baking dish; add broth.

4. Cover tightly and bake 1½ hours until tender.

Let pork rest, then slice and drizzle with pan juices.

SEASON UP YUH MEATLOAF

Serves: 4–6

Ingredients

1½–2 lbs ground meat (beef or beef/pork blend)

2–4 Tbsp Ms C’s Season Up Yuh Meat Seasoning (to taste)

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

½ cup milk or broth

1 Tbsp healthy oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine ground meat, Season Up Yuh Meat Seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and oil.

3. Mix gently and shape into a loaf.

4. Bake uncovered 55–60 minutes until cooked through.

Make It Betta:

Brush the top with a little broth halfway through baking to keep it juicy.

PAN-SEARED SEASON UP YUH STEAK

Serves: 2–3

Prep: 5 min | Cook: 8–10 min

Ingredients

1½–2 lbs steak

2–4 Tbsp Ms C’s Season Up Yuh Meat Seasoning (1–2 Tbsp per lb)

1 Tbsp healthy oil

Directions

1. Pat steak dry. Lightly coat with oil and Season Up Yuh Meat Seasoning.

2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness.

4. Remove from heat and rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Make It Betta:

Finish with a splash of resting juices over the sliced steak.

SEASON UP YUH ROAST LAMB

Serves: 4–6

Prep: 10 min | Cook: 1½–2 hrs

Ingredients

3–4 lb leg of lamb or lamb shoulder

3–6 Tbsp Ms C’s Season Up Yuh Meat Seasoning (1–2 Tbsp per lb)

1–2 Tbsp healthy oil

1 cup broth or water

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Rub lamb with oil and Season Up Yuh Meat Seasoning.

3. Place in roasting pan; add broth.

4. Cover tightly and roast 1½–2 hours until tender.

5. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Make It Betta:

Serve with roasted vegetables cooked in the same pan juices.
